Covid Policy

Updated April 2022

MASK IS REQUIRED REGARDLESS OF VACCINE STATUS. Please be sure to wear a mask along with your child (ages 2 and up). If you have forgotten your mask, we will provide one to you.

If your child has tested positive for COVID-19, please contact the office to cancel and reschedule any appointment within two weeks of the positive test.

Missed appointments BEFORE 4pm

Missed appointments AFTER 4pm

Any cancellations within 24 hours of appointment

Saturday

Missed appointments

Same day cancelation

Cancelation of Saturday appointment on Friday prior

**Please Note**

If for any reason you are running late to your appointment, please call the office so we can plan accordingly. If you arrive at end of your appointment time, the staff may ask you to reschedule.
